3. Material: To ensure the high quality of the bearing, we use high carbon chromium bearing steel with high rigidity and high wear resistance to produce the bearing. Low carbon cold rolled steel and low carbon stainless steel can also be selected according to customer requirements.
4. Quality inspection: All bearings will be strictly inspected before packing. We have Talysurf, Hardness Tester, Clearance Tester, Vibration (Speed) Measuring Instrument, and Roundness Tester to ensure all bearings are up to standard.
5. Lubricant: Use a suitable lubricant to protect the bearing from oxidation or corrosion of the parts, so that our bearings have a longer service life, lower noise, and better high-temperature performance. Proper selection of a high-quality lubricalubricant cant can prevent metal-to-metal contact and conduct heat away from the bearing.
6. Packaging: JRZC bearings pay attention to every detail in the bearing production process. We use plastic bags, kraft paper, thick cartons, and cartons to protect bearings from accidental damage during transportation and storage.
