1.Structural characteristics
E1 type spherical roller bearing:
Adopting a symmetrical spherical roller design, the roller shape is more optimized, which helps to withstand forces in multiple directions.
Use two quenched steel stamping retainers, with an inner ring without a stop edge and a middle retaining ring guided by the retainer.
The middle retaining ring is close to the outer ring, which can improve the lubrication at the contact between the roller end face and the retaining ring, reduce bearing friction, and also help guide the roller in the non load area and assist the roller in entering the load area.
CC type spherical roller bearing:
Belonging to the second-generation design structure, it adopts stamped steel plate type retaining frame and reinforced symmetrical rollers.
Drum shaped rollers are installed between the inner ring with two tracks and the outer ring with a spherical track.
The curvature center of the outer raceway surface is consistent with the bearing center, giving it automatic centering function.

E1 type spherical roller bearing:

The inner diameter of the inner ring is designed with a tapered hole, allowing it to be installed directly or installed on a cylindrical shaft using a tightening sleeve or disassembly cylinder.

A: If you only need 1or 2 samples for small size inner weight below 2kgs, we can supply free samples and we have stocks, you can just pay the shipping cost .if you need several design samples, then you should paid the cost with shipping.
